This policy sets out how clients of Beau and Arrow LLC ("Beau & Arrow," "we," "us," or "our") are expected to conduct themselves — with us, with the men we introduce them to, and with this website. It forms part of our Terms of Service. We keep the roster small precisely so these standards can be real.
Who may use the service
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You must be legally free to date — we do not knowingly work with anyone seeking to conceal a marriage or committed relationship from a partner or from the men they meet.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information about your identity, background, and intentions.
- You may not use the service on behalf of another person, or under an assumed identity, without our written agreement.
What this service is not for
Beau & Arrow exists to make thoughtful personal introductions between adults seeking genuine relationships. It is not a marketplace, an advertising channel, or a route to anyone's contact list. The following uses are prohibited outright, and any one of them ends the engagement.
Prohibited conduct
- Commercial sexual activity. Offering, soliciting, arranging, or paying for sexual services, escorting, or any transactional sexual arrangement — in any form, with any person, at any time.
- Human trafficking or sexual exploitation. Sex trafficking, labor trafficking, involuntary servitude, debt bondage, or any conduct involving coercion, force, fraud, or the sexual or economic exploitation of any person. We report credible concerns to law enforcement.
- Aiding, abetting, or encouraging abuse. Assisting, soliciting, encouraging, promoting, normalizing, conspiring in, or attempting any abuse or exploitation of another person — whether or not the abuse occurs, and whether you act directly or through someone else. Encouraging it is treated the same as doing it.
- Child sexual exploitation or abuse. Any attempt to involve a person under 18 in the service; any sexual conduct, solicitation, or sexual interest directed at a minor, expressed in any context; and the possession, creation, solicitation, or transmission of child sexual abuse material. This is prohibited absolutely and reported without exception.
- Sexual violence and coercion. Sexual assault, rape, attempted sexual assault, sexual contact obtained through force, threat, deception, or incapacitation, and any sexual advance continued after consent has been declined or withdrawn.
- Non-consensual and sexually explicit content. Sending us or any person you're introduced to sexually explicit or nude imagery that hasn't been invited; sharing, publishing, or threatening to share intimate images of any person without their consent; and recording any conversation or meeting without the other person's consent.
- Fraud or financial solicitation. Romance scams, requests for money, gifts, loans, cryptocurrency, or financial information from anyone you're introduced to; investment pitches; multi-level marketing; or any attempt to obtain financial benefit through an introduction.
- Commercial solicitation. Using introductions to market a business, recruit for a company, promote a product or cause, or build a mailing, client, or contact list.
- Harassment or abuse. Threats, intimidation, stalking, unwanted persistent contact after someone has declined, sexual harassment, or any conduct intended to frighten, degrade, or coerce.
- Hate or discriminatory abuse. Slurs or targeted abuse based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, gender identity, HIV status, or any other protected characteristic.
- Misrepresentation. Lying about your identity, age, photographs, relationship status, criminal history where disclosed, or intentions — to us or to anyone we introduce you to.
- Breach of another person's privacy. Sharing, publishing, or repurposing the name, photographs, contact details, or personal circumstances of anyone you're introduced to.
- Unlawful conduct. Any use of the service, an introduction, or this website that violates federal, Illinois, or local law.
- Interference with the website. Scraping, automated access, attempts to gain unauthorized access, probing or testing our systems, transmitting malware, or disrupting the site or the services we rely on.
Photographs and material you send us
Intake involves sharing photographs and personal details with us so we can represent you accurately. Anything you send must meet these standards:
- Photographs must be of you, current, and accurate — no images of another person, and nothing materially altered to misrepresent your appearance or age.
- No sexually explicit or nude material. We do not accept it, we will not forward it, and sending it is grounds for ending the engagement.
- You must have the right to share anything you send us, including images of or information about other people.
- Nothing you send may depict or promote violence, abuse, exploitation, or any unlawful act.
We do not publish client photographs or details anywhere. Material shared with a potential match is shared privately, by us, and only with your agreement.
What we expect instead
- Honesty with us about what you actually want, including when that changes.
- Courtesy toward every man you meet, whether or not there's chemistry — a clear no is kinder than silence.
- Discretion about other clients and about anything you learn through an introduction.
- Good judgment about your own safety: meet publicly the first time, and tell someone you trust where you'll be.
- Prompt notice to us if someone you've been introduced to behaves in a way this policy prohibits.
How we identify and prevent violations
Beau & Arrow is a human-led concierge service, not a self-service platform. There is no app, no member login, no user-created profiles, no member-to-member messaging, and no public or browsable database. The surfaces that usually carry these violations — anonymous accounts and unmoderated user content — do not exist here. Our controls are built on direct human review at every stage.
Verifying age. Every applicant must affirmatively confirm they are 18 or older before an inquiry can be submitted, and that confirmation is recorded with each submission. Before any engagement begins, every client must verify their identity with a valid government-issued photo ID — we do not proceed without it. Every prospective client also completes a live intake conversation with us, by video, phone, or in person, a direct assessment that the client is an adult. Clients sign a written agreement and pay in their own name, which — combined with mandatory ID verification — makes anonymous or underage use impossible.
Reviewing content and conduct. No client content is ever published. Any photographs or details a client shares are reviewed by us personally against the standards above, and anything that fails them is rejected. We personally meet and vet every individual before their name is shared with a client. After every introduction we follow up with both people — this feedback loop is our primary means of detecting misconduct such as harassment, coercion, non-consensual behavior, misrepresentation, or financial solicitation. Clients can also report a concern to us at any time, and our roster is deliberately small, so every client is known, contracted, and accountable rather than anonymous.
Reporting a concern
If you experience or witness conduct that violates this policy, tell us at hello@beauandarrow.co. We take reports seriously and confidentially, and we will not penalize you for making one in good faith. If you are in immediate danger, contact 911 first.
Suspected exploitation of a minor, trafficking, or an imminent threat to someone's safety is reported to law enforcement regardless of any confidentiality expectation.
How we enforce this
We investigate concerns proportionately and use judgment. Depending on what we find, we may issue a warning, decline to make further introductions, suspend service, or terminate the engagement immediately. For serious violations — anything in the first four bullets above, or any conduct that endangers another person — termination is immediate and without refund, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may also decline future service and, where appropriate, notify law enforcement.
We may decline to work with, or to continue working with, any person at our discretion. This is a private service with a limited roster, and we are not obliged to explain a declination beyond what applicable law requires.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above reflects the current version, and continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
