These terms govern the service provided by Beau and Arrow LLC ("Beau & Arrow," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging us, purchasing a membership or package, or using this website, you agree to them. They're written to be read, so please do.
What the service is
Beau & Arrow is a private, personal concierge matchmaking service. A matchmaker works with you directly to understand what you want and personally introduces you to men we believe you may be compatible with.
We are a service, not a platform. There is no app, no swiping, and no grid. We don't host a browsable database of profiles and we don't provide any system for members to message one another. Every introduction is made personally by us.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You agree to give us accurate, current, complete information about yourself and to keep it current. Materially false or misleading information is grounds for ending the service without refund.
Memberships and packages
We offer memberships and packages whose scope, duration, and price are set out at the time of purchase and in your written client agreement. That agreement forms part of these terms. Fees are payable in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing.
What we promise — and what we can't
Matchmaking is a personalized, good-faith professional service. We commit to working diligently and honestly on your behalf.
We do not guarantee a particular outcome. That includes any specific number of introductions in a given period, mutual interest, a second date, a relationship, or any other romantic result. Chemistry depends on people, and people are not ours to control. Your fee pays for our work, judgment, and access — not for a guaranteed result. We would rather say this plainly here than have it be a surprise later.
Absolutely prohibited conduct
The following are prohibited without exception. They are stated here, in these terms, because they are conditions of the service and not merely policy preferences. You agree that you will not, in connection with Beau & Arrow, this website, or any introduction arising from the service:
- Engage in, facilitate, or benefit from human trafficking or sexual exploitation. This includes sex trafficking, labor trafficking, involuntary servitude, debt bondage, and any conduct that induces a commercial sex act through force, fraud, or coercion, or that involves a person under 18.
- Offer, solicit, arrange, advertise, or pay for commercial sexual services, escorting, or any transactional sexual arrangement.
- Involve a minor in any way. Any attempt to involve a person under 18 in the service, any sexual conduct or sexual interest directed at a minor, and any child sexual abuse material are prohibited absolutely.
- Aid, abet, solicit, encourage, promote, normalize, conspire in, or attempt any abuse or exploitation of another person, whether or not the abuse takes place, whether the person is a client of ours or not, and whether you act directly or through anyone else. Encouraging another person to commit such conduct is treated the same as committing it.
- Subject any person to sexual assault, coercion, stalking, threats, intimidation, or physical, emotional, or financial abuse, including non-consensual recording or the non-consensual sharing of intimate images.
- Send or share sexually explicit or non-consensual material. This includes sending nude or sexually explicit imagery to us or to any person you're introduced to without invitation, and sharing, publishing, or threatening to share intimate images or recordings of any person without their consent.
- Use the service or any introduction for fraud, including romance fraud, or to obtain money, credit, or financial information from another person under false pretenses.
Any breach of this section ends the engagement immediately and without refund, and we may report the matter to law enforcement. We do so without notice to you where notice would risk harm to a person, destruction of evidence, or obstruction of an investigation. Nothing in these terms — including any confidentiality or discretion commitment we make to you — prevents us from making such a report or from cooperating with a lawful investigation, as described in our Law Enforcement Request Guidelines.
What we ask of you
Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out in full what is and isn't permitted, and forms part of these terms. In short:
- Treat us, and everyone we introduce you to, with honesty and respect.
- Represent yourself truthfully — your identity, your relationship status, and your intentions.
- Protect the privacy of anyone you're introduced to. Don't share their information beyond the introduction or use it for any other purpose.
- Conduct yourself lawfully and safely in any meeting or communication that comes from an introduction.
Photographs and material you provide
Intake involves sharing photographs and personal details with us. Anything you provide must be of you, current, and accurate; you must hold the rights to share it, including where it depicts or describes another person; and it must not be sexually explicit, nude, or depict violence, abuse, exploitation, or any unlawful act. We do not publish client photographs or details, and anything shared with a potential match is shared privately, by us, and only with your agreement. Your safety and your own judgment
You're meeting other adults of your own free will. We make introductions thoughtfully and we meet the men we introduce — but we do not run formal background checks unless we've expressly told you otherwise, and we are not responsible for the conduct of anyone you meet. Decisions about who you see, where, and when are yours. Use good judgment, meet somewhere public the first time, and let someone you trust know where you'll be.
Discretion
We handle your information with care, as described in our Privacy Policy. In return, you agree to keep confidential anything you learn about other clients and to respect the private nature of this service.
Declining or ending service
We keep this roster small and respectful. We may decline, pause, or end service to any client — including for dishonesty, disrespectful or unsafe behavior, or conduct that harms another client or the reputation of the service. Where we end service for cause, refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beau and Arrow LLC and its owner and team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any client or person you're introduced to. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed what you paid us for the service that gave rise to it.
Nothing here limits any liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above reflects the current version, and continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
