Matchmaking is an investment in doing this right, and you should know what it costs before you get on a call. Here is what each membership includes and what it costs. The same memberships apply to every search we run. Nothing is hidden and nothing changes after the conversation.
The Introduction
A finite, self-contained engagement for clients who want to try the process before committing to a search.

The Search
The complete membership. We work until it clicks. This is where most clients land, and where the process actually works.

What's included in every membership
- A no-cost, no-pressure intro call before you commit to anything.
- A written client agreement setting out your term, your introductions, and your fee before you pay.
- Fixed pricing. The fee above is the fee. No per-introduction charges and no upsells mid-search.
- Personal screening of every person we introduce you to. We meet them.
- Complete discretion. No profile, no listing, no app.
How payment works
Fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and paid in full at signing, by card or bank transfer through our payment processor. There are no application fees, no per-introduction charges, and no automatic renewals. A membership ends at the end of its term unless you choose to renew in writing.
The intro call is free. You will never be charged anything before you have signed a written client agreement stating your fee.
Custom engagements
Some searches fall outside these memberships: unusual geography, a compressed timeline, or particular confidentiality requirements. Where that's the case we'll quote the engagement individually, in writing, before any work begins and before any payment is taken.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel for a full refund within 3 business days after the first business day after you sign, or within 7 calendar days if you signed somewhere other than our office, such as online or by phone. After that window, fees are not refundable, including on a prorated basis, except where the Illinois Dating Referral Services Act requires otherwise. The full terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the service itself is governed by our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
